Terms of service

✦ I only take payment in USD via PayPal, Venmo, or through my store. I require 50% of the total commission cost before I start. Physical items require 100% upfront

✦ I will only accept quote inquiries and commissions from accounts older than six months

✦ You are allowed full personal use of my art so long as I’m credited. The base cost of commercial use is 100% of the commission cost, but other circumstances will raise this price

✦ Full refunds will only be given if I have not started, and I will deduct the cost of what I have done if you ask after I begin

✦ I will depict gore and non-sexual nudity, I do not draw humans, or anything hyper realistic. If I am uncomfortable with your request I reserve the right to refuse service

✦ My TAT is around 3-9 weeks but this may vary. By default I will send a WIP of each stage. Feel free to request updates up to once per day

✦ Never use my work to train AI, make NFTs, or in hateful or harmful ways. In the case of theft I will first ask for the removal and monetary gain of my work, if ignored I will take legal action

✦ I am not responsible for any damage done to physical items during shipping, once it leaves my hands I can do nothing.
